The admission is generally open only for Pre KG in the month of November every year.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSIONS FOR PRE-KG TO CLASS XI FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CLASSES PREKG TO X:  

1. REGISTRATION FORM:
   • Only Online registration.
   • The link for online registration will open in our website
   • Parents must read the instructions carefully before filling the online registration form
   • Parents applying for siblings must mention the USN of the child studying in the school.
   • Data provided on the online application will be the final
   • Please make a note of the automatically generated number of the registration form
   • Print a copy of the same and submit it at the School Office (OMR Campus) within 3 days of downloading the form.
   • A registration fee of Rs.500/- must be paid at the time of submission of the form / interaction / entrance test.
   • Parents to keep a photocopy of the registration form for their record.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE KINDERGARTEN :

PRE KG	01.12.2020 to 30.11.2021	2 YEARS 6 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS AND 5 MONTHS
LKG	01.12.2019 to 30.11.2020	3 YEARS 6 MONTHS TO 4 YEARS 5 MONTHS
UKG	01.12.2018 to 30.11.2019	4 YEARS 6 MONTHS TO 5 YEARS 5 MONTHS

     3. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

1. All Registration forms must be submitted with a Photocopy copy of the Birth Certificate and 2 recent stamp-sized photographs of the child.
2. A copy of address proof must be submitted along with the application. The original document must be brought for verification .You may submit a copy of any of the following documents:

• Ration Card
• Passport
• Aadhar Card
• Driving License
• Valid Rental Agreement/Ownership details.
• Latest EB Bill

     3. Short listed candidates will be intimated through email with further details.

SCIENCE STREAM :

Option A : (English Core ,Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths)          

Option B : ( English Core ,Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology )

Option C : ( English Core, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Computer science) 

COMMERCE STREAM:

Option A: (English Core, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Applied Maths)    

Option B: (English Core, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Entrepreneurship)       

Option C :   (English Core, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics, Computer Science )

HUMANITIES STREAM:

Option A: (English Core, Psychology, Political Science, Economics, Applied Maths)

Option B: (English Core, Psychology, Political Science, Economics, Biology)        

Option C: (English Core, Psychology, Political Science, Economics, Entrepreneurship) 

Option D : (English Core, Psychology, Political Science, Economics, Computer Science )

The interested parents are requested to fill in the registration form online.

The duly filled in application form along with a copy of the following documents to be submitted at the admission desk till the end of March 2024.

• Candidate’s Aadhaar Card
• Class IX Final Marks Card
• Class X Term I Pre-Board Marks

An Aptitude Test based on concepts learnt in Term I of class X, will be conducted in the following subjects immediately after the board exam.

Science Stream:

• General English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Computer Science

Commerce Stream:

• General English, General Awareness and Mathematics (For Option A)
• General English, General Awareness (For Option B, C & D)

 Humanities Stream:

• General English, General Awareness and Mathematics (For Option A)
• General English, General Awareness and Biology (For Option B)
• General English, General Awareness (For Option C & D)

5. FOR ALL OTHER CLASSES:

ADMISSIONS INTO CLASSES OTHER THAN PRE-KG ARE SUBJECT TO VACANCIES AND FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. YOU CAN START APPLYING NOW AND AN ENTRANCE TEST IS BEING  CONDUCTED AS AND WHEN WE RECEIVE REQUEST FOR ADMISSION FOR CLASSES 1 TO 10.
