  2. Shortlisted students will be intimated via email.
  3. Printed copy of the application form and the required documents to be submitted at the School Office, on the date intimated in the mail.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR PRE KG TO CLASS IX

4 yrs & 6 months – 5 yrs & 6 months

Any child who does not fall within the above specified date / age category will be automatically rejected.

ADMISSIONS INTO CLASSES UKG – Class IX

Depends only on vacancies

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM: 

  1. Photocopy of the Birth Certificate and the Original Birth Certificate to be carried for verification.
  2. One recent colour passport size photograph of the student.
  3. Proof of residence – A self attested photocopy of the Electoral card/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License/Passport/Electricity Bill (Originals of these documents required for verification).
  4. Vaccination record of the child (Applicable for classes Pre KG , LKG & UKG)
  5. Medical certificate of the child (In case of any Major Ailment/ Allergy)
  6. Proof of previous class studied – Transfer Certificate / Study Certificate / Report Card (except for class Pre KG)
  7. An amount of Rs. 600/- must be paid as application processing fee at the time of submission of filled-in forms. This must be presented only as Cash/Demand Draft favouring PSBB Learning Leadership Academy, Bengaluru
