The PSBB Millennium School @ DLF Garden City, Thazhambur, OMR, following the CBSE pattern, was started in June 2009 with 250 children for classes Pre KG to Std V. It is spread over 2 ½ acres with professional landscaping making the place green and pleasant.

At the start of the second academic year (2010-11) the student strength has crossed 750 and classes upgraded to Std VII.

Classrooms are well lit and ventilated. The KG rooms have colorful and comfortable furniture. An exclusive, covered and safe play area with colorful outdoor play equipment caters to the development of the Gross Motor Skills of the tiny tots. An attractively painted Activity room with plenty of material to enhance the Eye hand coordination and Fine Motor skills keep the little ones engaged and engrossed. A very satisfactory teacher- student ratio is maintained.

A spacious Library and English lab add value to the students’ Language skills. A well planned Math lab, Science lab and the Computer Lab allow hands-on experience and strengthen the concepts. The Smart Class Program makes abstract details become more concrete and Learning becomes more effective. Trained teachers in all the subjects and levels make learning a pleasant experience.

The co curricular activities for all classes include Indian Music, Western Music, Veda, Dance, Art & Craft, and Yoga, Indoor & Outdoor games. The children are encouraged and helped to overcome any inhibition or stage fear through educational, cultural and sport events. Regular Class projects in all subjects pave way for experience, expression and creativity.

The completion of the second phase will result in a state - of – the - art edifice that becomes a new landmark in the region.
