Dear Parents of Students in Classes 1 to 5 Please Note:

1.  Thursday, 9th February is a holiday for the Primary students. This is being declared to facilitate the setting up of the Classroom projects.

2.  Only students participating in the Project Day Cultural Program to report for pratice as per the usual timings.  Students may avail of the school transportation.

3.  Friday 10th February, inauguration at 9:30am.  Selected students who have been given responsibility for giving explanation for the models and charts must report to school as per the usual timings.

4.  All participating students must come in their regular school uniform and ID card. Timings and duration of stay of participants as per the instructions given to the students by the respective class teachers.

5.  Non participant students coming to view the Project must come in their uniform and may be accompanied by their parents during the course of the day.

Parent Observation Week:

In keeping with our tradition and in a bid to be transparent about what we do in our every day work-day, parents in the Primary are welcome to be part of the teaching – learning process for a day according to the roll number of your ward.

The week after the Primary Project has been devoted to parents.

In this regard we welcome you to a day of observation, to see how the teachers teach and how your wards learn.

The week starting Tuesday, 14th February to Friday, 17^th February (both days inclusive) will be open to Parents for the Observation.

All classes 1 to 5 to please follow the day/date and timings as per the roll numbers given below:

Dear Students of Std 9 and 10

The 3rd Mock Exam has been rescheduled to give you a 3 hour paper.

The schedule for the same is as follows:

Dear Parents,

The students in the Nursery Section have been given a Readeth-On Form today, 3rd Feb.

The Readeth-On should be conducted between 6th and 10th Feb.

The books read should be story books and should not be pictorial books alone.

Encourage the child to read along with you.

List out the books read in the given form and submit the same on or before 13th Feb 2012.

Pre - KG and UKG Class Photograph on Monday - 6th February 2012

Pre KG in the morning.  UKG in the afternoon.

LKG Class Photograph on Tuesday - 7th February Morning.

Please ensure that your children are present on the given day for them to be part of the Class Photograph.

Dear Parents and Students Please make a Note of the Class Photograph Day

Except PreKG all students to come in their regular school uniform for the photograph. No birthday colour clothes on these specific days.
