The first Branch of The PSBB Millennium School was started on June 24^th 2005 at No. 9 GST Road, St Thomas Mount, with approximately 600 odd children from Pre-KG to Std 6.

Six years down the line at the start of the new academic year, the GST Road and Gerugambakkam Branch combined, boasts of 3250 plus children from Pre-KG to Std. 12. It is now a Senior Secondary School.

GST Road Campus – Nursery Wing:

The tiny tots of the Nursery function out of the GST Road Campus having the advantage of its being exclusive. The open space for playing is equipped with play material that helps in the development of their gross motor skills. The covered area ensures that they have a place to play even if it should rain. The Activity Room is a brightly painted and inviting room with a plethora of play material that helps in the development of both eye-hand co-ordination and fine motor skills. Creative Corners bring out the best in the child and make the coming to school everyday a pleasure! Big, airy classrooms with colourful illustrations and enticing mobiles keep the young ones occupied.

A Computer lab offers the tiny hands the experience to handle the mouse and work on Paint Brush and other animated games.

With Indian Music, Western Music, Dance and Role Play as part of the curriculum the children acquire knowledge through play-way methodology.

Experienced Staff members combined with fresh Staff who bring in creativity and change that may be adapted and adopted to the existing PSBB Methodology in their teaching will help the tiny tots assimilate knowledge.

The GST Road Campus is the stepping-stone to the Primary Classes at Gerugambakkam.

Gerugambakkam Campus - Primary to Senior Secondary School

In a bid to be able to provide more children the opportunity to enter the portals and study under the banner of The PSBB Millennium School umbrella, our expansions to Gerugambakkam satisfy the needs of parents who seek quality education and all round development in their children.

The State-of-the-art Campus in Gerugambakkam is spread over 5 acres of land, with ample place for play, big, airy classrooms with ventilation, covered play area for the younger children, ground for a team to play football with more than one exit and entry point. The School has added to its functionality an Open Basket Ball court and plenty of play area. The MPH currently under completion will house indoor shuttle courts and double up as an auditorium to seat a capacity of a 1000 people. With tiered seating and a balcony, it provides undisturbed vision.

The Indoor swimming pool is in its final stage and will be ready by the start of the II Term.

A temple dedicated to Vidyaganapathy will be consecrated on completion.

Primary Wing:

The Primary Wing located in Block A also has its own Junior Library, Junior Integrated Science Lab and the Junior Computer lab.

The School is divided into clear Blocks giving the Primary Wing the space they require. An exclusive covered are play area has been designated for the younger children ensuring they have a place to play even if it pours cats and dogs outside. The covered area is effectively used in the teaching of Karate.

The Primary Wing also boasts of its own play area with a multiplex play system that is the dream of every child to play in. The jungle gym, the rope climbers, the commando bridge, the swirl slider and the roller slides along with the swings and the see-saw is a favourite haunt for the students. Peels of laughter ring in the air as they squeal with delight in their chase as they play their Tom-and-Jerry games!

Middle School:

Catering to the needs of the growing children the Middle school has its exclusive Block. Being connected to both the Primary Block and the Senior Block, the Middle School enjoys the facilities offered by both the Blocks.

High School:

The students in Classes 9 and 10 enjoy the best of facilities, to be shared only with the upcoming Senior Secondary School. Exclusive and huge individual Science Labs for Chemistry, Physics and Biology are State-of-the-art Labs and equipped with the latest facilities. The Computer Science Lab boasts of the latest technology in the systems provided.

Senior Secondary School:

Having been granted affiliation for a Senior Secondary School, we have with us our first batch of Std 12 students. The groups being offered are Pure Science Group – Physics, Chemistry, Biology with Mathematics; Computer Science Group – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science and Commerce Group - Accountancy, Business Methods, Economics and Statistics with a combination of either Mathematics or Entrepreneurship.

Equipped with the state-of-the-art labs and all modern facilities, the students enjoy every day in the School.

A huge Library caters to all levels and taste in the literary field. Comfortable corners for browsing or reading further accentuate the salient feature of the Library.

Apart from this are the Math Lab, English Lab, Social Studies Lab, Yoga and Dance, Music and Art and Craft Rooms that help in the holistic development.

The Gerugambakkam Campus is known for its well-equipped Canteen that offers a variety of food to the students at very reasonable rates. Starting from breakfast early in the morning, through snacks during the short break, a healthy choice is given during the lunchtime, and the students have the option to pack themselves a snack on their way home!

Importance has been given to the landscaping and this has resulted in verdant greenery that can be seen in all directions. Flowers of all hues attract not only the children but also the butterflies! The extra care that has been taken in the landscaping adds value to the school and will give the children a feast for their eyes.

Importance to Physical Education and Health can be seen in the facilities being provided. Children have the opportunity to learn and master Basket-Ball, Table Tennis, Cricket, Football, Badminton and also the Indigenous games like Kho-kho and other games as prescribed by the CBSE in its PEC for the Primary Classes.

The students will showcase their talent in the field of dance and drama and role-play, argue their way through debates and listen to guest lecturers in this indoor auditorium.
